It is cook the traditional way via oven. Now closed shop leow.
I still see one traditional bread store at Whampo that used oven for baking of breads.

I saw the Rectangular Curry Puff just now when i eat prata at a Mamat shop at Bedok Reservoir area. That Bread Shop at Whampoa i go before, smell nice huh, Taste Good too.
