It must have been a freaking long time since I've been in here. Its funny that the complain about the CC has brought me back in again!

Ok so much for the lame introduction. Bottomline is......yes there maybe be not reasonable timing stated anyway. That's probably done delibrately to protect such so-called govt activities? Maybe.....I dunno. Whatever the case is, I will accept it eventually becoz I have learnt that there is no such things as democracy and human rights here BUT I will not SHUT UP!!!!!! I may choose to accept but that doesn't mean that I agree or have compromised with what is happening. Anyway.....as to what is a reasonable time, morning or afternoon is the same. As what was mentioned, there are people with worked night shift and they hav eto sleep through the afternoon anyway BUT the thing is everyone has the right to exercise their right! Don't tell me to compromise just becoz there is no end to complaining . I complain for a simple reason. I am not happy and disturbed and I want to exercise the right to complain. Simple as that! Do I care if there is an end. Self-centred so what?!!! Who dare to judge what's right and wrong? So what if I am wrong. I choose to be! And that my freaking right so stop telling people what they should or should not do and what's right or wrong. I probably won't bother with "collective bargaining" here but as mentioned by STHU, I will probably blast the NOISE back at them. It's my right! -

pls go do it i hope there would be a preccedence then we can get more peace. actually also might want to consider if the cc is blaring loud sounds in the middle of the day and i mean very loud sounds not jsut normal loud.
anyway just riding on the thing maybe wanna complain about the noise skools make early inthe morning everyday. lucky i dun live near a skool but they really are irritating and depriving pple of sleep early in the morning, and the best thing is i doubt it even pleases/entertains anyone. just complaining i doubt anything can be done but its nice to let out our anger sometimes -
Well, the way is to complain to PA, then see what can they do to change the guideline..
