How good is your manager (local) towards you?
Are you happy with your local manager you are currently working with?
Or you feel stress whenever you see your local manager?
What type of behaviour and attitude your local manager he/she is?
Is he/she well like by his/her subordinates?
Or subordinates cursing him/her almost everyday?

Forcing you to dig your own grave, and trying ways and means to use a shovel to hack you down and push you down to your own grave and leave your bleed to death. Manager doesnt care a damn about your rice bowl.

I give example, you are a taxi driver, suddenly your manager ask you to fly an aeroplane within 3 months, can you do it? If cannot, out you go.

Now that is taking it out of context. If you are a taxi driver, you are your own boss.

I find foreign managers more polite than local ones....why? I dunno leh, local ones very petty and too proud....also the local managers "curry favour" the most....
I used to work for a "psycho" local manager who had unrealistic expectations, he would gave me 3 days to complete a project that needed at least 1 week to complete....if I din do it on his timing, he would become a devil and scolded me harshly....I left my previous company becos of him....
Now I'm luckier to have an AngMo boss....very lenient and polite....But always make me do OT....well its still better than kana scolding everyday....Hahaha!

Overall, I'll still like to work for AngMo bosses....pays better too !

SG bosses are very typical....picky and lower pay for employees....

Local bosses will squeeze you like a sugarcane till the last drop.
They know you depend on the job for a living, so they are not afraid to mentally torture you , it's very typical of Chinese. I don't know why most Chinese become a monster and a devil when they become a boss. Caucasians are much better as a boss. They are polite and they respect their workers.
Local bosses think they pay you, their money must be utilised to the very full which means you are squeezed like a sugarcane.
Money is big to a chinese.

I think becos AngMo bosses have very high salaries, so they are generally happier and treat their workers better....

I also have frens working for Chinese Boss and Indian Boss....they are nice but lower pay....

the philosophy here is simple....when u enjoy the high life and mood is good....u tend to treat others better and do charity out of high spirits (than actually being sincere)....
while the rest of the humanity suffers and turn vicious against one another for that little piece of meat.....concrete jungle....
only the very rare proportion of people, who have suffered, continues to suffer, but did extraordinary works to people who need help more than themselves....such is the genuine kindness and thats why there is such a book called...

Random chances....some people always kana arrowed, others are lucky and have a good boss....that's rare....but still possible....

In my ex company, my boss gave me freedom, and leeway, but it was too much of it, although it was kinda cool for awhile, it began to bog my work down, because there is no clear line drawn to my workscope, so in the end I could be tasked to do anything, and everything.
Now, I'm in another company, my boss is the most farked up person you could think of, depending on his mood, he might take it out on ya, cancel your off and blah blah blah. But then, my work is drawn in clear bold line, if it ain't your job, he won't look for ya. So its kinda good too.
Too much of a good thing is always a bad thing.

My current AngMo boss is the best ever....pays well too ! The only thing bad about my job is too much OT....still its much better than my previous job....
