Actually there's nothing wrong with masturbation unless it becomes an obsession. My buddhist friend in his thirties now, used to do it three to four times daily. He has a very strong addiction to it. Until when he started to watch Master CK DVD on 大�解 recently, he noticed his sex urge decreased a lot. I am not too shy to talk about myself as I do it weekly oso but not as much as my friend do. The purpose of awakening your kundalini is to have more jest for life. There is no point in knowing all there is to know about the kundalini. Correct practice can awaken the kundalini. Masturbation threatens this awakening.
