  the orbis tower scroll is scroll that can teleport from 20th floor to 1st floor of orbis tower
  
  the eos de (at ludibrium) is 100th to 7x, 7x to 4x, and so forth (one scroll for each teleport)
  
  total need about 3 scrolls to tele from 100th to 1st floor of eos tower if i didn't remember wrongly
