a Question abt Ice mage

  Hi guys, I hv a question here abt ice mage - booster
  
  I wanna know ,
  
  Will the casting speed increase anymore when booster is lvl 11 and above? ( after the patch)
  I know booster up to lvl 11 = +2 speed

  nope if i remember correctly, increase duration nia.

  LOL, do u think they will increase the speed after the patch recently. I heard from my rangers frens saying that they got increased in their casting time.

  from what i know.. ppl usually add till 11 only.. i think..
