Exactly. I've heard similar accounts from friends abt the bad service.. for me, 2 incidents were enough to let me decide I'd never step into that place unless I really had to :
My 1st trip to bunk was to register for an event (just to get the anniversary mug). It was dead quiet coz it was during school hours. The chubby counter guy got ZERO social skills.. and very rude!! Greet him out of courtesy, he stunned, then pretend he never hear.. Ask him how's his day, has it been bz or not.. then he act embarrassed and kept going "uh...... uh..." maciam very flustered like that.
As if I was trying to pick him up.
Duhhh..

Then 2nd time I went down was to buy ppc.. full of pre-pubescent school kids, very noisy, shouting noob remarks and vulgarties (wince)... was served by the (over-hyped) "pretty" counter girl. Once she open mouth, voice so rough.. pretty face spoilt by Chau Ah Lian-ness.. zzz!
Me : "Hi, $10 prepaid card please."
Her : (sounding like a cross between a duck and an "auntie") "Ten daaawler ha
aaaaar."
Me : (amused) Yes please.
Her : (gets busy) "...."
Me : "Oh by the way, do you still carry those $20 Christmas edition prepaid cards?"
Her : (face distorts awfully) "...... HAH?!"
Me : "Uh. Ahem, Prepaid card. $20." (show her a number 2 sign)
Her : "oh. " (she bends 90 degrees and whispers to her hands) Uh.. don have"
