My Acc got hacked at their premises ... but they dun care

My account has recently been hacked after I went to PC Bunk. The 'fellow' took away all my meso .. leaving 85 meso to me.
I went there from 1.15pm to 2.15pm.. I realised all my money gone during the next log in at the evening .
I sent an email to Maple Abuse after that. At 1st, they gave me an auto reply. Telling me all types of reasons how my account could have been hacked. I sent back another email , telling them it happened at PC Bunk. Then they said they would send to respective GM for further evualations.
Few days later, I wrote another email, asking them about the progress. This is what they replied
' Unfortunately, we are unable to reveal, nor disclose, any information with regards to the follow-up of the case. Any decisions, and actions, taken by us are done so solely at our own discretion. '
So, did they or did they not check on my case ? Since it happened at their premises ... I think they should at least not take it lightly !?
Any way, what do u think could be the reasons my account got hacked ? Could it be some of their computers infected with virus ? Or could it be some one standing behind me , remembering my keystrokes (password)?
Please do give me a hint .....

i think you forgot to log out before you left the pc bunk?
or just maybe some of their coms got spyware. -

go pcbunk and kpkb.... smash their coms...if they still dun wan return, threaten to take a photo of the pcbunk gal and release it on the net

must be key loggers...
just install once. The keylogger automatically send all username and password to an email address. So can just log on email check for new victims then hack. -
why'd you play there anyways,i shun lanshops..go to your good friend's house and play..

wah... at cafe when session end le the programs still running de? nv close? heng last time (the first time also) i went to cafe to maple, it was laggy and i lagged out like once every 5 minutes, coz i didn't logout and wait for the time to finish and kick me out. I took every opportunity to earn meso lor ..
- that time the Maple birthday thing .. I was at El Nath (hector) training .. I got about 15-18 presents.. I sold all ( each at 1.2 m )
- when Zakum just started .. selling of Ramen was still rare.. I expliot it & made quite a fortune
- I sold all the hector tails to people . Didnt use it to try my luck to get scroll at exchg quest.. Sold one for 688 meso.. earned quite a lot too
But oso no use all ' pian yi ' the hacker le -
