  msn oso must be careful... cos msn oso cannot talk non-work related stuff..
  meanin me n the ppl in china.. can only talk about work. if u talk more.. = not acceptable behaviour.. so... will result in termination.
  
  den the ppl i liase with are all frenly ppl... sometimes they'd ask u stuff like how u spent ur holiday etc... and it ain;t nice to tell them sorry i can't talk to u cos boss say cannot. when they're from the same company but different office (location)?
