I'm currently having a problem whereby the moment I click on a character, it just hangs there and it would automatically log out to my desktop after a few seconds. After which it would say that "The connection server has ended. Please try it again." I've tried several times by restarting my pc but nonetheless the same problem still occurs.
I am wondering if it was the GameGuard that is the root of the problem? Because my GameGuard was running a patch when I logged in this morning. From what I heard from a friend, he said that his GameGuard did not even run any patch at all.
Can somebody enlighten me over here? -

I even go to the extend of re-installing Maplestory, still it doesn't work

If you are first time hacking, your GameGuard will be downloaded from your localhost, therefore there is an update.
However, if you friend is hacking, he won't be downloading new version of GameGuard like you, therefore only your nProtect is patched.
If I am not wrong you should be playing Aquila. The server there is too busy, therefore intermittent lag will be encountered. In fact many of us is the same too. Please bear with it a while more. I believe as the Aqua Road Dungeon is coming out, the GMs are transfering files within the servers, therefore it will be quite laggy.

This is something which I cannot comprehend.. because the day before I still could logged in the game jk ...... best is to dl the latest full setup than try install again -
i lagged out in the afternoon yesterday when i was selling stuff via my store... again and again... and then once when i try to relogin, nprotect patched...
but the lag out was actually caused by the thunderstorm that slapped the earth that time. after that everything was fine, haven login today yet -
wenqi logged in earlier.. so should be no problem`
