Yeah this auntie may have had OCD. She kept thinking that her lucky draw details were incorrect even after 10 minutes of reassuring her.
I was doing my best to handle it as best as I could while trying to remain polite to her. After all, I did offer to check her details for her. I also spent a lot of time and effort trying to reassure her that everything was fine.
If I had been in a really bad (or evil) mood, I could have just tossed the friggin' coupon into the box and caused her a lot of grief. -

Was workin at restaurant once..
got one b1tchy customer couple..ask for this, ask for that..like askin for the sky one.. one chicken wit tis kinda spice, dun wan nuts, rice has to be cooked tis way, wan extra sauce..
boss betahan ask me go n settle Wen they finish, ask for fingerbowl with lavender and lemon slice (they r indians).. i jus said "Sorry sir, we dont have fingerbowls".. then the guy like wana complain "THEN HOW DO WE WASH OUR HANDS?" .. i jus firmly said "There's washrooms over there Sir (points in direction of bathroom)..
duno why..i find indian customers most demandin...boss is also indian..betahan his own kind -
same thing when i serve ..then tell me this not what they order..
i bring menu point n say is this the one ..they say yes.
then yes this is this dish..they die die say no..
for like sometime bth must call manager go settle then can

n my boss nephew is indian, boss is frm afghanistan. Their own kind betahan also..
but some indian quite ok... one woman say to me "I would like u to the curry like this, no nuts, no peanuts, etc..but if you cant, its alright"..
guess not all indians that bad la -
