hate those ya ya papaya customer especially this particular female who always kao bei kao bu about our service. she's ya ya, demanding and unreasonable.
everytime call us sure complain how our service is very bad, very slow, how their customer service is better than us etc etc.
i mean, if she has any problems, surely u can bring it across nicely without shouting on the phone right? customers always don't understand that we don't just serve them alone, we has many other customers to serve too.

When I was working part-time for a telcom company here when I was in Poly, there was this lady customer who came to complain her newly bought faxed machine is spolit and kept insisting that it is not working properly because her paper is still with her.
Then another customer who called up and kao peh kao bu that our manual is printed wrongly causing him to be not able to program his pager when he totally misunderstood the manual. Then went on and on how we should reprint the manual etc
Better still this guy who tried to talk his son (primary school) out of buying a pager coz the police and government can track you down. I mean that time GPS isn't even popular yet and not like you are some big shot that they want to keep track on you.
Then got this Starbucks manager (didn't know he is) asked for my opinion on Starbucks coffee. So I gave him my honest opinion that it sucks. Then he got angry and complain to my manager (my manager just say PT staff forgive her la) Wah liao.... ask me for opinion then cannot accept it -
well nto alll are like that..some are quite nice too...

Once I was working for 7 Eleven....
There was this lady who wanted to put a lucky draw coupon into the box. But then she kept worrying that she had not filled in the details correctly. So she gave me her IC and asked me to double check the details.
I checked that the details were correct, and I told her, "Auntie, your details are perfectly fine, you can submit your lucky draw coupon already...."
But then she kept insisting, "Eh... you sure or not! Must check again! I want to make sure everything is all right!"
Then I checked again. Then I told her that everything was ok.
Then she told me to check again.
Then I checked again, and once again I assured her that everything was ok.
This went on for, like, ten minutes.
In the end, she got the point and just put the coupon into the box. And then she lamented, "Aiyoh.... I put inside already.... now cannot take out and check again! How how how?!?!"
*slaps forehead*
