something i found in sleepywood, new jms skill patch posted by idreams, and both kms and jms already have this skill patch, might be coming to other servers very soon.

coma (LV30)... stun time 6~11 second
shout (LV30) 17 seconds in stun time (it seems that is not random characteristic) *stun cancelled with attack
ice charges (LV1)... freezing time 5~8 second
ice charge (LV30)... freezing time 5~8 second
charge blow (LV30) ･･ ･ stun time 5~10 seconds *stun and freeze not cancelled by attack
ranger arrow bombs (LV30)... stun time 6~10
silver eagle (LV unknown) ･ ･ ･ stun time 6~10 seconds
ice shots (LV21) ･ ･ ･ freezing time 5~8 second
golden eagle... obscurity
*freeze and stun not cancelled by attack.
assualter (LV30)... stun time 5~10 seconds
shadow webs... obscurity 0
ice beam... as for unclear (freezing time increase but random freezing time)
ice strike... (freezing time increase but have random freezing time) freezing time 6- 8 seconds (also 2 seconds 4 seconds are observed) *freeze cancelled with certain factor.
