I'm thinking of taking part in this event, what was discussed in-game was that we release a balrog in sleepywood sauna and mass die (suiciders)
Dear Maplers,
Time to show off your guild! Here's the MapleSEA Best Guild SS Contest! Take the best screenshots (SS) and be the winning guild! Get the EXCLUSIVE in-game item that lets your guild stand out from the crowd!
Prizes
Leader: 1x Cargo Plushie + 1x Newspaper Sword (in-game item)
Members: 1x Newspaper Sword each (in-game item)
Rules and Regulations
Postings that do not follow the rules and regulations will not qualify for this event:
1. Get as many guild members of your guild to be included in the SS as possible.
2. SS should contain members of only ONE guild. Sub guilds are consider as separate guild.
3. Character names of all guild members captured in the SS must be clearly shown.
4. Guild leader must stand in the center of the SS.
5. All characters in the SS to keep 'quiet' (no speech).
6. No editing is allow. Resizing is not advisable.
7. ONE SS to be submitted per guild. So, send in your BEST SS!
Hints and tips for good Guild SS
- Make the most tidy and neat presentation of guild members in SS.
- Clear, original sized SS is good for viewing.
- Express your guild's characteristic as much as possible through any means (e.g. fashion, expressions, IGN, class, weapons etc.).

Availability
Contest is open to all Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand players. Winners will collect the prizes from AsiaSoft's office in the respective country.
Terms and Conditions
To take part in the event, you must agree with the terms and conditions hence stated:
1. All personal details stated in your AsiaSoft Passport must be valid.
(e.g. national ID and address)
2. Winners will be informed with details of the prize collection. Proof of identity will be required during the prize collection.
3. AsiaSoft Online reserves all rights to use the submitted posts for the purposes of marketing promotions by Asiasoft Online. Art works may be used according to the absolute discretion of the organizers for the said purpose.

I need to know when are u guys free. I hope all the guild members can make it to the event. (with the exception of clones) Just remember to level up before u die if you don't have a safety charm.

make it VIP sauna, less people. i think we take the ss at night about 12am too. when we didn't die nice enough we can just revive at sleepywood, on darksight/magicguard, and reenter the VIP sauna again.
can i use agiiizzard? it's a pain to loose siezard's exp XD -

k let's talk about the idea
TIME: 10pm
DATE: 5th February 2006, Sunday
LOCATION: Bootes, (channel to be decided later), VIP Sauna
this is the ss of the VIP Sauna
my idea, combined with some of yam's too - HCNY (horrible CNY)
leader, shyboy1988 will stand at the place my character is. that's almost the very centre of the map already.
i will drop firebomb's fires in front of "Mr Wetbottom". after that, i'll drop 100 mesos on top. get the picture? it'll be Mr Wetbottom burning paper money for us
the suiciders, us, will be standing on the stairs. after we move into position, each of us will drop one charm of the undead, which will be placed on the platform above us, directly "sticking" to our heads.
and then, we'll drop xmas happyville decorations, HCNY on the wooden platforms on top.
lastly, the balrog will be released. we let the archers and warrior die first. after they die, the mages will on magic guard, stand on their spots, and off magic guard when the balrog comes their way.
we have one thief too. she can die like the mages, or alternatively, she can on darksight, and crouch behind Mr Wetbottom, press F4, praying for our deaths.
the leader will have to wait until the rog move to the right (near the portal) before taking the ss, to ensure everything is nice and neat. better not take too long, or the items will disappear.
just in case anyone died out of their spot(s), they just have to revive, on darksight/magicguard, and reenter the VIP sauna. that's why i recommend the archers and warrior to die first, since they have trouble reentering safely.

i just took my shower and made some editing to the idea. let's make it as a summary
1. we enter the sauna. all members will stay on the top platforms, except the two archers and the warrior.
2. we drop the letters HCNY on the top platform and firebombs' fires in front of Mr Wetbottom. 100 mesos will be placed on top of the fire
3. balrog release. the three members that remained at the bottom should be ready to die. make sure that you stand slightly in front becoz when the balrog touches you you should be knocked back a little before dying
4. mages on magic guard and jump down. stand in position, and off magic guard, wait for our deaths. dying in position is important since the place is a bit tight, and slight displacement may cover other members' names
5. the thief will on dark sight, jump down, and drop a charm for every dead people (except the leader, can't put the charm on the leader's face since he's in the centre). items can be dropped in dark sight, and this ensures the precision of the charms' location.
6. the thief will either join Mr Wetbottom in praying or turn of darksight and join our death ceremony.
7. everyone will press F2 repeatedly (except the thief if she's praying, who will be pressing F4). when the rog moves to the right, the leader will seize the chance to take a screenshot.
this should be done quickly, for two reasons: the items will vanish in certain period of time, and if anybody discovers a balrog in the VIP Sauna, s/he will surely attract a lot of other people to watch. remember, NO PLAYER FROM OTHER GUILD IS ALLOWED. -
