I have some thing to share. from our [guild] personal experience.
Apparently i guild someone who is a 6x mage. He was a very nice person at first. but turn out to be a cruel, selfish traitor.
He used our guild party, to loot a steely and gold slain. But he denied it regardless of countless protest from other guild member that saw it when in the same party. As i have to play fair. there wasnt sufficient evidence to charge him for being a looter. so i told them let the mattr rest.
Today, he partied some of the guildmembers, and before they start wacking macis, one of them say "got item we share k?" the traitor say "ok" which means he agree.
Then happen the macis drop a steely. the traitor loot while the others was busy killing. and he loot, and even refuse to split. it is unfair to the other party members. even when he was in the wrong, he smoked his way thru saying "when i training with my friends whoever drop then take." where got such thing? In the first place he even say he will share.
After quarreling with all the members (all guild members vs him), i had no choice but to expel him because of his answer which irritate me. it was clearly stated that he was in the wrong, yet defiant.
And you know what he pm me? He say., thank you for the 2 steelys i got in this guild. what a ****ed up jerk.
His name is IAmAKekeBoy. DO not ever guild him. Our guild and main is hunting him down.

Well as a suggestion, don't recruit members into a guild indiscriminately.
Applies to any game. If someone wants to join the guild, ask them to play with you and everyone can assess him/her to see if you guys should invite him in. -
