i know you used to be richer but i currently have 10 mil with my main char ... i dun mind lending you for a while. just expand it to 30 slots within one trip and when the new members pay you can pay me back
however ...
expanding from 25 to 30 needs 3.5 mil, and that's 700k for each new member
wonder how many ppl will wan to pay that much money just to join a guild. still, it's cheaper than starting a new one
