Spearman advice?

Okay, any pros can advise?
Should a Spearman specialise in one weapon or be a hybrid (i heard they are quite common in cms) ?
If specialise, Spear or Pole Arm? -
they say pole arm better up to level 70... after that.. not sure liao
i'm gg for hybrid =P -

I still very confused ar... I decided to go on a Spear Spearman build.
Now my warrior last 6 sp to lvl 30 i dunno what to do.
Not sure if Iron Will or Iron Body is better.
Plan to max:
Spear Mastery
Spear Booster
FA Spear
Hyper Body
Either Iron Body or Iron Will... and I have to decide now... (lvl 29 =.=)
Anyone can tell me the strengths and weaknesses of a pure build like this? -

up defence of party members -
never ever pump endure and iron body. HP max and power strike is a must to max it. as for slash blast and hp recovery, u can play around with it. u can have slash blast max and the remaining go to hp recovery. but my method is slash blast pump to lvl 17. the rest go tohp recovery.

U can't possible use normal att or slashblast all the way rite? -
i'm thinking go without iron body since spear will have iron wall.
den have endure instead of hp recovery... so i can recover hp n mp by hanging on to ropes =D
esp useful for maps with no safe spots for me to stand but plenty of ropes for me to hang on to -
spearman is one of the most difficult classes to train...
so have patience and u will succeed -

my mage oso levelled till very xin ku.. ok lar not that bad... esp since warrior is stronger than archer...
so i believe, no matter how painful, it will not be as bad as my archer.
and the good part. archer levelling is a breeze~ -

and if u add in final attack, u have to save points...save until got level 45 then put all into the final attack...
spearman is very hard to level from level 40 onwards... -

anyway i'd be maxing all mastery n booster. and hyperbody. as for iron will, it'd be 10 or 11 points.. -
I decided on a Spear build... Maxing everything related to spears and the two buffs...
