actually u dun have to do that all the time...
just see how many ppl dining, and see if what they ordered is enuff.
if 2 ppl eating 2 nasi briyani, asking them to buy 1 murtabak is crazy
u can suggest teh tarik if they have yet to order.
or indian rojak =) -

suggest main entrees whateva to them when they appear to be indecisive
otherwise. just suggest sth as an add on =)

actually i tot customer service is easy.. but its diff
like go chinese restaurant.. go meet customer, ask for bookin, seat customer, then give menu, take order..thats all
go tis restaurant.. greet customer, ask for bookin, bring them to bar to wait, set up table, bring customer to table.. ask if they come b4, give menu, intro the menu... come back take order (n push them to spend more money), serve dish later, then come back again n ask how spicy they wan the food.. then come back with drinks menu..
