HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO IDEAS CLUB IN SGFORUMS

It is very simple.
Just start your topic as usual.
Other forumnites will post replies under that topic.
Any topic that receive majority support of 3 out of four will get voted to be the accepted idea for feedback to relevant department of government for study and implementation.
The topic starter will then do all the favor of posting progress of government reply or progress within 30 days.
All topic starters will be deemed automatically as members of ideas club. By stopping any further subscription within 30 days a member is deemed automatically unsubscribed.
Simple codes of conduct for the time being include: (1) integrity and loyalty to club members (2) Broadmindedness (3) Helpfulness - willingness to perform chores to write to relevant authority representing members in the club.
