My monitor blackout!!!!

  Anyone know the diagnosis of wha is the problem with my monitor as i discovered that there's no imgae on my sceen but power light button is still on & the back of the monitor is still on.
  Any solutuion for this problem?
  IS Philips Monitor warrents 1 yr or 3yr usually?
