R.I.P Cristopher Reeves 1952 - 2004

The former actor best known for his role in the Superman movies has gone to a better place. Paralysed 9 years ago from a fall off a horse in an equstrian competition, he had in his last years fought for & successfully lobbied for more increased funding & awareness in spinal cord research.
Cause of death - cardiac arrest. He passed on after entering into a coma from which he never regained conciousness.
