My vote goes to Best Variety Show Host: Mark Lee
He did not deserve it at all. Only know how to act Ah Beng. Seriously, I believe the award should go to either Guo Liang or Jeff Wang(not nominated).
And Mark Lee really shdnt ask Jeff Wang to go onstage... it is like pity him like that... and asked Jeff to say a few words onstage as he most likely wont get a chance later. Wow this is a insult leh. No wonder Jeff Wang dun look so pleased on stage.
Something bluffes me is that why every year Jeff Wang is not nominated. He is really a good host, much better than Mark Lee and Calvin Soh(this one cmi). -
though mark lee always act ah beng, i think he's the bravest among all the hosts. he is willing to do and say things even though he know ppl will not like it. if every host were to stick to the norms of hosting, shows will become boring. the way he speaks never fail to bring a smile/chuckle on my face.
i think viewers shld stop being so conservative. -

Look at Jeff Wang and Mark Lee in the show Dare to Speak. Who is the better host? My vote goes to Jeff Wang.
My point is not to criticize Mark Lee being too ah beng. But the point is the award is not awarded to the most deserved host. -
Personally, I think tonight's list of winners only proves one thing - that the 7 princesses are far from the hottest thing around now, as i-Weekly, 8Days, the MediaCorp management, et cetera would love to have people believe. All those media reports, front page spots - and in the end, only 3 out of 7 won

joanne - her best year is 2005. her popularity seems to have gone down since
fiona - like joanne, her 'time' seems to have gone too.

i still think michelle chia is the most kelong top 10 female, like michelle saram and phyllis quek last time
for top 10 male,...gurmit. he seemed to be very out of place among the rest of the nominees -

Mark Lee has improved a lot..
Gurmit is the most friendly host I would say..
Ever met him at Singapore Idols also.. he's very likeable and approachable.
