Blackout hits many areas of Singapore; power being restored gradually
SINGAPORE : Blackouts hit many parts of Singapore, including Bishan, Choa Chua Kang, Paya Lebar, Holland Village and Woodlands, on Tuesday night.
The outage, which started at about 10.15 pm, was caused by a disruption in the supply of natural gas from Indonesia.
Parts of Ang Mo Kio, Changi, Serangoon North, Tampines and Sengkang were also affected.
Lights were gradually being restored. - CNA
