ha, unlawful assembly ? wun lah...unless one fella brings a parang or something. common motive is to settle a misunderstanding or dispute not SMLJ settlement talk. there is no law to govern you cannot assemble in large numbers for legitimate purposes. you are free to sit and position yourself where you want in public places.Originally posted by xiao_shin:hmm.... well it does really have to depends on suitation u see.... for u no.1 pple can slug all they wan but if the "culpurit
chooses to hide inside his cave and act blurr that he didnt know this thread existance" then it will be pointless..
For no.2... maybe it will work out only lor... just imagine that two partiesgoing to the outings... if one parties are not satisfied.... what will be the endings??? all ended out police station??? charge under the law of unlawful assembly with common intention?? (law changes depends on the number of pple there) hahaha....![]()

I believe in second chances, never in lost hope.Originally posted by Parka:Okay.
So it's obvious that the flame starter is the clear winner.
If the victim doesn't accept that he's the loser, why bother to explain the him that he lost when he can't accept it in the first place?

at least to let him know that there are pple out there who stand up for such ridiculous accusations or blatant flaming with no substantial proof but based solely on a personal discretion... this type of pple ought to be told flatly in the face that his behaviour is unwarranted and uncalled for; and if possible to collect enough evidence to ban such a character...not just those who just post lewd remarks nia.Originally posted by Parka:To me it looks like the same thing.
If the victim don't learn, don't waste time.
but we cannot just let the flame starter gets away with his tricks... in many cases recently, many stood up for their pals here in the forum against some topid accusations; all in force to show the flame starter that the victim is not along and a message to the flame starter that he better shut up his gap or face the wrath of the masses here... it is not that we wanna behave like tyrants, but in the face of such lawless creature, it warms to see that pals stand up against such acts, a message to the flame starter, beware of your words again.Originally posted by Parka:Okay.

The whole idea is to let tat fellow know that the rest of the forumites here are not blind and brainless pple (like Croco), who will stand united against any individual who rulely cast insulting remarks at others, and even walking along the boundary of the touchy religious belief issues.
The person knows abt the resentment against him, but pride forbids him to come forth to discuss with the masses here; it is alright he sticks to his damn beliefs; but never go about slamming other beliefs which is not his is the crux of the matter.
mi hav been very forgiving and crapping around for a long time, but some pple just think Croco is a benign creature to step upon... wait tills the Crocodile bites back...wahhahhaha
aiyo, all these will never end when some pple just dun know simple basic courtesy to relate on a more amiacable mode by putting things into a discussion, and simple just lash out at others with bombastic phrases and walk into others conflict without knowing what is "xie" and what is not

it is not that the person cannot understand logic, it is that he chose, in the name of pride, to shun away from any of his wrongdoings... separate from what he believes...cos his wrongdoings is abt flaming and accusation.Originally posted by Parka:Yes of course. But when the person can't understand logic anymore, there is nothing much you can do.
Then I will have nothing but pity for the person but my doors will always remain open for the day the light comes through.Originally posted by Parka:Yes of course. But when the person can't understand logic anymore, there is nothing much you can do.

Which is a better way of resolving a dispute within this entire sgforums, say...between 2 parties?slug it out in forum thread after thread, until one party calls for a truce and the topic is closed/deleted.
organise an outing(eg. ktv), with its 2 parties turning up to settle the matter face to face and perhaps additional participants acting as alibis'.

I have no idea how that would help, but we're all keeping our fingers crossed.Originally posted by Dan Ryou Shou:forum so big n so many ppl have seen whats going on already. but ppl have to choose to take sides.
so what makes u think that with a small no of people in an outing, the situation will be better?
The intuition of the moral sentiment is an insight of the perfection of the laws of the soul. These laws execute themselves. They are out of time, out of space, and not subject to circumstance. Thus; in the soul of man there is a justice whose retributions are instant and entire. He who does a good deed, is instantly ennobled. He who does a mean deed, is by the action itself contracted.... Pure "Evil" perhaps..."Karma" in return...with a tag of "Justice"...Originally posted by ditzy:Which is a better way of resolving a dispute within this entire sgforums, say...between 2 parties?slug it out in forum thread after thread, until one party calls for a truce and the topic is closed/deleted.
