thanks to one and all again..
why did I choose to set up a forum in sgforums? well, actually my 4T2s have been journalling their thoughts and experiences for two weeks now. Since they have been so open in sharing and ready to try out new things, I thought that it might be interesting to get them to come into the forum and discuss interesting topics like relationships, school, stress, family and lots more. Even about pop stars and music!
That way, they can practice their English and hopefully, it could also be a fun and interesting way to keep using English as the year goes by..
Who knows, there may even be added "bonuses" like laurence82, xian89, and all others (hehe) thanks again!
But really, I know that some teachers would be more reluctant to open the students up so easily. On my part, I'll do my best to teach them about Netiquette and give them support in class. I cannot shelter them from every bad thing that exists in the world but I will do my best to show them the right path. They must make those choices on their own to grow and mature... Thoughts, people?
Anyway, that's enough from a naggy old "cher" Just got back from watching "Along came Polly". Ferrets rule!
