my dream since young is to open a casual family cafe, selling pastries. anyone here have similar ambitions or have alrdy achieved it? i really wanna know how life would be like owning a cafe of your own... and i also wanna ask if shatec is a good choice to get diploma ... tbh, i wanna find a pastry school where people chose to get in bc they truly wanna be pastry chefs, and not because they can't get into other courses thus they chose the path of baking... anyone knows of a good pastry school with motivated bakers ?
