  Job Description

  • Enter invoices into accounting system
  • Assist with daily book keeping and filing of documents
  • Ensure all postings, payments and transactions in PMS and POS system and General Cashier are tally and accurate
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

   

  Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI/CAT or equivalent
  • Min. 1 year of practical experience in Accounting fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and willing to learn
  • Fresh poly graduates are welcome to apply for the job
  • Ability to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
  • Salary: Up to $2,000

  Is there any worth regarding audit management software in accounts because I am going to learn this. My company going to upgrade their systems so we have to learn.

  Accounts Assistant /Executive (3 mth contract with possibility to convert to perm)

  Responsibilities: 

  • Be involved in AP, AR and GL functions
  • Perform updates of audit schedules
  • Perform reconciliations and resolve variances
  • Analyse and investigate transactions
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

  Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable with iMac and Macbook usage
  • Able to start work immediately would be added advantage
