    Job Scope

    Maintaining of facilities and ensure safety of staffs on premises at all times.

    Conduct patrols around the premise to prevent unauthorized entry, vandalism and ensure premises is secured.

    To maintain law and order within the premise.

    Conduct scanning of the undercarriage of visiting vehicles and scanning of people using handheld metal detector as when required.

     

    Job Requirements:

    No experience required as training will be provided.

    Minimum Sec 2 qualifications and comfortable with performing shift duties.

    Physically fit, reliable and alert.

    Proficient in English and one other Mother Tongue Language.

    Prefer candidates who can start immediately.

    Looking for:

    1) JAVA DEVELOPER - 12 months renewable contract

    Responsbilities:

    • Participate as a member of development team; may lead a small development team for Senior Developer.
    • Be responsible for software design, coding, testing and documentation
    • Perform work assigned by Team Lead or Project Manager. Provide time / resource estimates for assigned tasks.

    Education: 

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.  
    • 3 or more years of experience writing code using languages such as (but not limited to) J2EE, Java, PL/SQL.
    • Hands-on experience with Java Struts, Spring and hibernate framework. 
    • Experience of one or more full SDLC for web application projects Experience in Application Servers like Websphere will be an advantage. 
    • Basic understanding of modern software development methodologies (Object). 
    • Basic understanding of Software Testing methodologies, scripting and tools.
    • Basic Understanding of RDBMS databases such as Oracle
    • Understand basic database administration. 
    2) Desktop L1 - 12 months renewable contract

     

    • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
    • Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the
    • support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers
    • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network
    • connectivity, and workstation hardware/software
    • Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
    • Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation
    • Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to the Desktop Support Engineers
    • Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible and any other authorised desktop applications & Microsoft or related security patches/Policies
    • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment
    • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment
    • Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment
    3) Project Coordinator - 12 months renewable contract
    Roles and responsibilities
    • Assist and support Project Manager in Project Management
    • Communicate and work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and engineers
    • Tracking of equipment inventory for assigned project
    • Act as document controller for assigned project
    • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
    Requirements
    • Minimum diploma holder, with 1-2 years’ experience.
    • Previous working experience in IT industry an advantage
    4) Senior Software Engineer - 12 months renewable contract

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand user requirements and participate in technical design
    • Develop and implement system applications in accordance to user requirements
    • Perform unit and system integration testing for quality assurance
    • Plan and assist with user acceptance testing
    • Participate in implementation roll-out
    • Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement after implementation

     

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of experience in developing applications equipped with strong knowledge of coding practices
    • Good technical knowledge and experience in object-oriented programming, WPF, .Net 3.0 / 3.5, C#, Silverlight, SQL Server and / or ASP
    • Strong analytical skills and able to work under tight timelines
    • Innovative, proactive and a strong team player
    • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
    5) Network Engineer L1 - 12 months renewable contract (12 hr shift @ Data Center)

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Answer phone calls for incident support and service requests within the targeted Service Level 
    • Manage email within the targeted Service Level 
    • Manage proactive monitoring service within the targeted Service Level 
    • Manage customer’s special requirements and processes 
    • Manage customer’s enquires and provide quality assistance 
    • Log reported faults into ticketing system 
    • Provide first level technical troubleshooting
    • Manage coordination within inter-cross operational supports to ensure speedy fault resolution 
    • Provide escalation to relevant party on prolong outages. 
    • Act as incident / service request owner for the calls logged and follow-up till closure.
    Required Skills & Competencies
    • Basic knowledge and experience working with IP related protocols and services,
    • Knowledge of the principles of IP addressing, address management, sub-netting.
