why it is so difficult for Singaporean over 35 to get a job

It's difficult to get a job over 35 everywhere not only in Singapore. Unfortunately humans are seens like a Stock which expires after a certain date... What is funny is that Employers may find themselves rejected too because of this nosense age criteria if they try to hunt for an other position!

I agree with you. After 35 it's really hard to find a job. I am 39 and have a small child. I try to earn money wherever I can. I work here wedding-retouching job.
