  Looking for Admin Assistants on a 6 months contract basis (might be extendable to 9 months - 1 year) 

  Located in the West (near Clementi MRT or Haw Par Villa MRT)

  Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry and assisting on data migration
  • Cross check with documents to ensure accuracy & integrity of migrated and converted data
  • Amend and update data into database
  • Report data exceptions and erros to the vendor and project team

  Requirements

  • At least 'O' levels and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, preferably have knowledge in the V-lookup function
  • Singaporeans/PRs only

  Temporary Service Quality Officer (3 months)

   

  Responsibilities:
  • Make calls to customers for telephone report
  • Handle customer’s complaints/feedback and update to managers.
  • Take care of customer delight programme coordination
  • Assist other colleagues during their absence

   

  Requirements:
  • At least with experience in the customer service industry
  • Positive attitude, can communicate well with people at all levels

   

  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 8.30am to 1230pm (alternate Saturday)
