In my work contract, under the 'Work Period' section, it states this:
'Commencing on 30th January 2014 to 30th July 2014 or until further notice of the completion of the assignment period and require to give one day's notice of termination by either party.'
does it mean that if I want to quit, I can tell my boss today, and then tmr I no need to work anymore?
In a way yes. but is there other clause that conflicts with this clause in your contract?
:)
.
You already say "one day notice".
If I am correct, this means if you today tell your manager/boss you do not want to work, you tomorrow work for one more day and next day don't need to come already.
