Job Description
The Research and Insights Lead will manage and mentor a team of Analyst with an overall responsibility for Social Media analysis and research.
- Full oversight of the Research & Insight team’s output, with accurate analysis and strategic recommendations – all linked to the client’s marketing strategy – evidenced at all times
- Actively managing the team to ensure profitability of your accounts and developing relationships with key clients
- Scoping and delivering large reports or projects / audits
- Drafting complex proposals and accurate costing for large projects / audits
- Managing the timelines and on-going progress of reports / projects to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Research and Insights Lead should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years’ work experience working within a research and insight function for a marketing and/or advertising company. Your experience may be from client or agency side
- Expert knowledge of social media research methodologies, including but not limited to Facebook Insights, EdgeRank, Facebook engagement scores, Twitter engagement scores, YouTube engagement scores, sentiment scoring and reach metrics and LinkedIn page engagement metrics, among metrics and measurement methodologies related to Asia-specific platforms and networks, including mobile, and the ability to develop bespoke social media measurement frameworks and models for clients
- Exceptional written English communication and presentation skills. Must have a strong, desmonstrable
understanding of the region’s culture and peoples, and the ability to identify insights across different cultures
- Ability to work in collaborative team environment while instilling confidence in others with regard to your knowledge, competency and ability to deliver
- Excellent understanding of social media, including oversight on creative campaigns, industry news and new metholodies and tools for analysis.

Job scope:
• Manage accident reporting
• Liaised with insurance company pertaining motor claims/accident reporting
• Study vehicle repair history and inform superior of any abnormalities or repeated complaints.
• Conduct vehicle checking for body and paintwork repairs.
