Anyone working at Teledirect?

Went to Teledirect for interview last week. The HR also didn't tell me much. Only know need to attend training and if fail in exam, need to pay one month salary and couldn't be the permanent staff. Need to sign a year contract and quit within one year need to pay one month salary and one month notice which mean total 2 months. I have check the forum regarding the KPI and environment. Is there anyone who working at Teledirect Singapore could advice me how is the benefit inside, jobscope and pay wise?
