In terms of finding jobs : SGC or Results more important ?

Hello guys , i just have a question on whether SGC ( school graduation cert ) - a summary on your character and stuff and what you've contributed OR GCE Results would be more important when you are finding a job ?
I dont really know if i should bother about my SGC , any advise ?
(p.s: im a teenager , need your help and advise

Experience more important, but the sad fact is no company will willing to give on-job-training nowadays and the "experience" can only be earned through internship.
And mind you, for some tech-related company, nowadays they are smart enough not to judge by your cert, but will give you an test based on their company's work assignment to see if you really have the skill or knowledge. So if you are student, have free holiday's time and are interested in this field, you might considered working ij Sim Lim Square to brush up your skill.
