  I heard of a case, these 2 fresh grads started work in the same department in a MNC. one stayed on as a loyal worker to the company and never left, the other moved around and job hopped every 2 years for more money.

   

  8 years later, the job hopper came back to the MNC as the head of that department and her fellow colleague became her surbordinate.
