  Summary of Job Responsibilities

  As an Education Manager, you will own the operations and execution at Innovating minds, and be responsible for driving awareness and usage.

  You will have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, work with the team to launch new programs, liaise with partner(s) on marketing initiatives, promote campaigns and track results.

  You will also work with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful operational activities in Singapore.

  You will work closely with the team to build the business in a fast, start-up like environment. As the scope of the role grows, you will also support in launching the program across the region. 

  Requirements

  • The candidate preference is for a Singapore citizen/ PR
  • A degree in Education or related disciplines of Teaching, Counselling, Psychology, etc. and at least 4 years of experience in teaching or working with children of different ages. 
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various tasks and functions.
