Duties and Responsibilities
- Correctly represent and project company philosophy and core values.
- Provide good customer service, including after-sales support.
- Explain, promote and sell contact lens, lens care products and related sales services to customers.
- Perform eye examination and prescribe contact lens.
- Participate in company promotion activities and events.
- Work closely with Store Manager and other colleagues to run and improve the operation of the
support centre.
- Collect and share information and ideas to improve sales performance.
Job Requirements
- Qualification in Optometry
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the contact lens trade and contact lens fittings.
- Results and service oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined and desire to drive new initiatives.
- Pleasant and cheerful personality.
- Good communication skills
- Professional, trustworthy and mature
- Receptive to new ideas and change
- Ability to perform under stress
- Willingness to work on weekends.
