Job Title: Administrative and Logistics Executive
Job Scope:
- Administrative duties (filing, processing invoices, cheques etc.)
- Updating and restocking office supplies
- Responding to customer queries and events scheduling via email/phone
- Arranging venues based on clients’ specifications
- Handle logistics for venue rental
- Provide ad-hoc logistics support to clients during events.
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Good telephone etiquette
- Able to work after office hours and on weekends when required
- Computer literate
- Able to shift tables and chairs for room arrangement
- Singaporean/PR
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to handle customer calls
