BANQUET SERVICE CREW
* Singaporean or PR only.
* 16 to 40 years old.
* Can speak and read basic English.
* No preference for male or female or in-between.
* Primary role is to support the needs of banquet events (preparation / set-up / execution (which includes serving) / teardown) and related odd-jobs assigned to us.
* Secondary role is to support various restaurants for their basic operations when there are no events.
* You must be Willing to learn and try different things in a short period of time.
* You must have a moderate level of physical fitness as heavy lifting happens often.
* You must have sense of urgency to react to ever-changing instructions.
* You should be able to process information quickly after training.
* You must have a basic understanding of making sure you're punctual for work and communicate properly when you are unable to come to work for whatever reason. I need people I can rely on and trust.
* Minimum of 2 days a week (1 weekday and 1 weekend).
* Common working time is 11pm to 5pm / 12pm to 6pm / 12pm to 7pm when there are no events (i.e. when you are supporting the restaurants).
* Common working time is 3pm to 12am / 3pm to 2am / 3pm to 3am when there are events (i.e. when you are doing the event preparation and the actual event itself).
* Be able to commit to work every week until the end of the year.
* Scheduling matters are definitely negotiable but subject to approval.
* Transport from Harbourfront Centre into RWS via transport.
* Lunch/dinner at in-house staff cafeterias.
* Uniforms will be provided and laundry is done in-house.
* Please provide schedule every Tuesday for the following week.
* Locker will be provided if you're working regularly.
* Once you start work and you find it's not your cup of tea, you need to fulfil whatever schedule you've given. Don't be childlish and go AWOL, because you're giving me your personal details in your application form.
* $7.50 per hour for weekdays.
* $8.00 per hour for weekends.
* Pay is credited to your bank account every 2 weeks.
