Contract 1-year Customer Service Officer (MNC firm, Kaki Bukit, 5days, S$1500-1700)
Job Scope
- Working in the Finance Department, the person will need to key-in entries of payment details from customers to system
- Contacting customers on irregular payments so as to reconcile what they paid against what has been charged
- Answer customer queries on payment related matters
- Any other admin assignments relating to Cash Application
Requirements
- Fresh Diploma holders welcome
- Singaporeans or PRs need apply only
- Applicants must be able to read/write traditional Chinese into computer system
- 5 days work week (8.30 am - 6.15pm)
- Able to work on contractual terms for 10 months to a year (subject to renewal and conversion to permanent headcount based on individual performance)
