Job Duties:
1. Update the customer database in the CRM system.
2. Assist to prepare maintenance contract proposals and agreements
3. Assist in expediting payment collection
4. Manage the hotline station to provide prompt and efficient response to the customer request for maintenance service
5. Other administrative activities will be required
Requirements:
GCE O levels and above
Minimum 1 years working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Independent and as well as able to work in the team
Warm and pleasant personality
Fresh Graduate welcomed
