Requirements :
[LIST]Diploma in Computing / Electrical & Electronics Engineering[/LIST]
[LIST]1 year relevant experience[/LIST]

[LIST]Good working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances, IDS.[/LIST]
[LIST]Strong working knowledge with CISCO routers/switches would be advantage[/LIST]
[LIST]Network troubleshooting skill with Basic Linux knowledge[/LIST]

[LIST]Logging of Service Desk Calls and documentation of all user requests and problem resolutions.[/LIST]
[LIST]Escalate problems to 2nd and 3rd level support with agreed SLA if necessary
Trouble shooting PC Hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print Server, MS Win 2K-Vista, Internet browser, Standard Microsoft software, Lotus Notes Client and other in-house application problems.[/LIST]
[LIST]Data entry services to capture current and past maritime reports into databases.[/LIST]
Job Requirements :
[LIST]Possess Diploma/ITE in Computer Science/ Electronics/ IT or equivalent[/LIST]
[LIST]Have worked in related field for min 1 or 2 years (Customer service/ Call center/ Hospitality)[/LIST]
[LIST]Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in supporting PC/Notebook Hardware, Network Printer, MS Win 2K-Vista and standard software (MS Office 2K- 2007, Antivirus, Internet Browser) and Lotus Notes.[/LIST]
[LIST]Have excellent Communication (especially telephony), inter-personal & written skills in English.[/LIST]
