Store Manager Position:
Job Description and Responsibility:
-Lead and train a service team with friendly and positive attitude to ensure smooth operations of the store in all aspects
-Involve in daily operations (hands-on) such as Fring, Tea Making or Ordering
-Responsible for overall in charge of staff deployment. Eg, staff roster scheduling, recoding of staff’s working hours, holidays, medical leaves and etc
-Monitoring and ordering of stock and inventory
-Ensure and maintain store hygiene and food safety standard compliance
-Handle all customer service related matters to ensure a friendly & lively environment
-To carry out other duties as appointed by the superior.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience at supervisory role in managing a Restaurant/Fast Food Sector.
-Good people management skills, strong Communication Skill and Hands-on duties.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
-Desire to work in a fast paced environmentand work well under pressure.
-Pleasant, mature, outgoing, meticulous with good interpersonal skills.
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) – communicate with Mandarin Staff and Clients is required.
-Able to work in Non-Halal enviornment.

Senior Service Crew and Service Crew Position:
Job Description and Main Responsibility:
-Attending to walk-in customers promptly
-Maintenance of work area (cleanliness and hygiene)
-Maintenance of stock and records
-Involve in daily operations (hands-on) such as Fring, Tea making or Ordering
-Independent and able to work multi-task
-Handle other ad-hoc duties as tasked
Requirements:
-Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
-Cooperative and helpful with other team members
-Excellent and positive service attitude
-Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6-day /week
-Keen in learning and experiencing F&B line will be an added advantage
-Able to commence work in short notice
-Singaporean, PR and Dependent Pass Holders and LTVP+ Holders are welcome to apply
Pre-requisites:
-Min. Education Level : PSLE/ ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level / Diploma Graduates
-Training will be provided. Good career progression plans.
-Skills : F&B / waiter / waitress / cashier / food & beverage
-Language : English / Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
