Responsibilities:
Handle various types of transactions and customer applications over the counter (cash and cheque deposits, cash withdrawals, draft applications, loan payments, remittance etc)
Inward clearing and outward clearing
Explain, upsell and cross-sell the Banking products and services
Prepare and encode the accounting vouchers, deposit slips and other source documents and input data on such documents via computer terminals for accounting purposes
Offload/back up to other areas ie. Greeters and Back end Operations
Requirements:
Candidate must have at least a Diploma
Candidate must have at least 1 year customer service experience in Retail Bank
Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
Able to work long hours (when required) and on weekends
Able to handle high volume of transactions with minimum supervision
Self-initiative, versatile and willingness to learn new functions
