Here is the detail Job Responsibilities: •Accountable for reviewing tender documents and highlighting discrepancies •Accountable for timely submission of progress claims •Accountable for monitoring and keeping records on all variation orders in the project •Accountable for settlement of project final accounts with clients •Accountable for preparing and formalizing work orders and subcontract agreements/variation orders/final accounts •Prepares and reviews project budget •Prepares and submits cost estimates for potential variation works •Obtains and evaluates quotations from subcontractors/suppliers and prepares comparison table •Evaluates subcontractors works and recommends payments •Liaises with consultants Quantity Surveyor for contractual requirements •Performs other duties as assigned •Attends meeting with client when required •Prepares and submits monthly estimated subcontractors' work done for Finance Departments' accrual Job Requirements: We prefer Singaporean or PR •Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent ( Fresh graduates from NUS or NTU are welcome to apply) •Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience with exposure to civil engineering projects •Proficient in MS Excels and comfortable with working with information systems •Good working knowledge of IFCA system is an added advantage

  Anyone is interested in the job Draftsman/Design Engineer (Precast division), please contact Janet at (65) 83565621 or send CV to [email protected] Job Responsibilities: •Accountable for preparing and plotting survey data/plan using computer-aided software (AutoCAD) •Assists in preparing tender, construction, as-built and shop drawings •Performs other duties as assigned •The successful candidate for the captioned post shall be part of a team of design engineers working on the design of precast reinforced concrete elements, large civil engineering structures, alternative design and temporary works, to write method statements and to prepare technical specifications. •He or she should be a team player, reporting to the Chief Engineer. •Besides the day to day design work, the person will have to supervise the team of computer drafting staff. •When required the person shall be on-site to support the project team Requirements: Prefer Singaporean or PR • The candidate should hold a Bachelor Degree, or higher, in civil engineering from a recognized university. • Those whose university degree is not from an accredited university, as defined by Singapore Public Service Division and acceptable to the PE Board, need not apply. • The candidate need not be a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore but should be eligible to apply for it in due course of his or her career. • Candidates should have at least 2 years of post-graduate working experience, of which at least 1 year is in civil engineering design office or on construction site.
