Our MNC client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative
Description:
Reporting
to the Head of Sales, you shall be responsible for order management
(order creation, responding to customer requests about pricing and
product specifications, closely following up on customer queries,
maintenance of customer data and handling of complaints), co-ordination
of shipments, credit checks and debt collection.
You should possess a
Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution and have at least five
years of experience in an international (MNC) manufacturing or trading
firm. You must be proficient in MS office. Knowledge of SAP (for order
handling) would be an added advantage. You must be a good team player
with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in
English is required and ability to speak other Asian language is a plus.
