Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with Japanese channel-partners concerning incoming incidents and register these findings in trouble tickets.
Resolve technical issues pertaining clients’ network connections by analyzing and troubleshooting the incident.
Coordinate the repair process with third party providers / suppliers
Manage the channel-partner relation proactively throughout the entire project and ensure the client experiences the professionalism and high level of service standard.
Perform technical acceptance testing to newly provisioned services to ensure the quality of delivery in accordance to Expereo standards
Administrate the process of technical support accurately and share findings with colleagues
Participate in project teams as necessary to support the business.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT help desk Support (Hardware and Network).
Able to work independently and proactively.
Possess strong communication, interpersonal skills and good attitude towards work.
Fluent in English, Mandarin & Japanese (At least JLPT Level 2, Oral & Written) to liaise with multi-lingual speaking customers.
