Business Development Executive / Manager
Grow the number of clinic subscriptions on the compareclinic website for the Singapore market. Tasks
Identify accounts– Using online research, you are responsible for identifying medical clinics in Singapore and capture account and https://emp.jobscentral.com.sg/job/preview/preview Page 1 of 2
Identify accounts– Using online research, you are responsible for identifying medical clinics in Singapore and capture account and contact details in SalesForce CRM.
Activate Clinics– Create clinic profiles for medical clinics on www.compareclinic.com. This includes taking medical clinic information from their own website, SalesForce CRM and other sources, to create a full clinic profile on the compareclinic website.
Grow Paying Subscriptions– Sell paid subscriptions to medical clinics, convert basic(free) subscriptions to paid subscriptions. This includes creating account list, that you will work with to grow the total number of paid subscriptions. You will need to communicate with clinics through email and telephone. Includes calling clinics to establish relationship.
Customer Service– As part of growing the total number of subscriptions, you need to follow up on customer service enquiries to keep subscribers satisfied.
Skills
Strong in business development. Positive, outgoing, enthusiastic with "can do" attitude. Professional selling skills and excellent communicator. Sales Experience in eCommerce and healthcare industry is a definitely plus. Ability to develop and manage accounts independently.
General computer skills, including using Google search, excel and using SalesForce CRM. Training will be given in how to use SalesForce CRM. Ability to communicate with medical clinic staff by phone and in writing.
Working Hours
We are looking for Full time Sales Executives/ Sales Manager. Working hours are from 9:00am – 5:30pm, with 1 hour lunch.
Salary
Fixed salary + monthly bonus. Bonus is based on new activated clinics and new paid subscriptions
