Black and White becomes white and black.
The whole lot of ppls in company have outstanding pay & claims since last sept.(yet they are still interviewing and taking in new ppls, without disclosing the facts to candidates)
Company paying a little bit by bit.
Some went to MOM to seek help yet not much of respond from the ministry.
The very disappointing thing is, now the mgmt decides to implement new rules, saying to enforce orders in company (everyone knows it's a way to pick the bones and find fault, so the mgmt can trim away the "unwanted")
Some left at their own accord but for some striving to keep their rice bowl alive (for time being), have to endure the nonsense coming from the mgmt.

I was ever told by MOM to approach them if company does not pay even for 1 month. Not sure if their service to people on this issue has dropped.
Basically, the employment law in singapore does not really protect the employees. the money making govt not very interested to help employees. helping employees does not generate income for them.
Can you PM me the company so that I can warn my friends looking for job!

MOM is acting as a mediator. As according to MOM, they do not take sides.
Either way, i have made myself an appt to visit MOM.
