Job Scope:
Provide seamless and high level of service to international patients seeking medical treatment in the hospital.
Liaise with overseas referral and direct patients seeking medical treatment and coordination with departments on patients appointments
Monitor and prepare monthly reports of international patients cases, as well as coordinating department's audit projects.
Requirements:
Degree Holder
Experience in Healthcare/ Customer Service

Working hours: office hours, 5.5 days
